The workshop exercises show how, if in a position where the force is necessary to use force without passion and with discipline and self control and not "lose control" or "Losing temper ", and only to the extent necessary to allow communication to occur."

Julio explains its use, "Applying workout routines, I experienced first hand an example of how technical training exercises help me keep control of the outcome of the situation and diverse circumstances that once allowed to get out of control. My situation analysis of blood, the drama of my baby and my mom were negative mentality relieved my persistence in learning, drilling, go and complete this first book. But even more importantly, my new skills to communicate in a higher quality not being personally affected by the communications of a person to be released, and be able to regain control of communications, driving the person or situation and bring communication to a level where it is pleasant, efficient and stable.
