Substance Abuse Rehab Centers
Is there any free or low cost Treatment Programs for substance abuse?
My sister is 19 years old heroin addict and has to enter a psychiatric institution, but she can not afford. I am the only family he has, and I have no money either. I've looked at the status of schools funded, but the waiting list is several months long in my state. Are there other options out there? Are there private rehabilitation facilities provide care free or reduced prices to low-income patients? She is willing to seek help now. I'm afraid of what might happen if she has to wait six months for a program state.
