"I can never going to stop cutting?
I have been shrinking for seven years. You have reached the point where I'm getting points all the time and I'm cutting tendons from cutting too deep. I have tried many different types of teatment. I have seen many therapists and shrinks, I have done group therapy, CBT, DBT, lived in a residential treatment center for two years, has been hospitalized numerous times and tried to do a job on my own. I really want / need to stop but when that urge hits, I can only wait so long before they get overwhelming and I give in. What's left for me to try?
