Residential Treatment Centers Texas
Greetngs! Behold, I will offer a job with a civil defense contractor in Germany Villseck please help!?

Hello … I am a psychotherapist in private practice in Texas and I run an adolescent substance abuse residential treatment center. Behold, I will offer a clinical position with a contractor defense that provides mental health services for families of our military at the base there … I hoped someone could tell me what is the life for me not I need to make the transition, which is like home, dollars versus euros, and my chances of meeting people to be friends … I have 39, male, single, will make a good living … Besides, I wanted to know about how easy it is to travel … this is my chance to see the world! I've never been out of the much less outside Texas (no jokes please …) U.S. and want to see the wonderful places that Europe has to offer … Are Americans are treated well there? What can I say Villseck help me most about the basis and in this city? Thank you very much … Texas Blake W …

Hi – Villseck is small and not very exciting but the location is good. Not too far from Prague, for example. You will deal with the U.S. about 95% of the work and all the foundations of that here in Germany are like the only American cities in Germany with a grocery store (commissary) and a post exchange (PX) where you can buy many products Americans are used to obtain an alleged "military" identification card with this work. Most contractors do. There is usually a small library film and also in addition to a Burger King, a sort of bar and bowling alley. I do not think that contractors obtain housing at the base but is generally available for rent. Like everywhere, depends on the amount you pay how nice it will be despite the air conditioning, garbage disposal and the displays are rare here. In addition, when renting an apartment is usually completely empty, and I mean that is a space for cooking, but probably will have to buy a sink, cabinets, appliances, etc. All kitchen furniture stores offer "packages" where you can buy all together so it all matches. Often you need to buy lighting fixtures, well, although some places come with them. Americans are generally treated well, but if you do not speak German is of course difficult to know the people, but As someone mentioned some German girls are interested in Americans. The Germans are more reserved than Americans, but the Bavarians and Texans have some things in common as many think they should have their own country. ;-) Also, as many Germans stay in the same city that are not necessarily raised are on the lookout for new friends since I have known the same people throughout their life. If you want to know the German one of the best ways is to join a sports club called a "Verein." They are all over Germany and they really are the clubs that are run and managed by members. For example, my German husband is the treasure of our tennis club. They are usually very cheap and clubs are availabe for almost any sport you are interested in. There are also clubs for training for dogs, breeding rabbits, all sorts of things and people make a lot of social contacts through these groups. Many Americans just hang with other Americans just because that's what I know and it's easier. Moreover, since the dollar is very low at the moment, makes it more expensive than things were put in the "economy" (as members refer to the regular German military) but still find the prices quite reasonable. Probably should do it for a few years and travel like crazy. You will be able to drive a lot of places or take the train large or cheap flights. German travel agents always have great package deals available, often cheaper than what is offered in base, but of course, then everything is in German. Learn at least a little German would be a good idea. Usually, offers German lessons at the post. Good luck, hope you enjoy your stay. See London, but not long as it is extremely expensive, Paris, Rome, Amsterdam (you can buy marijuana legally in a coffee house), Prague, Budapest, Istanbul (s only two or three hours flight in German!), Krakow and lots of other places I've forgotten.
