How do I can get a Rehab Loan as a first time buyer?

I am a buyer of the first one, and I am finding difficulties to find a good home in my price range. I'm thinking maybe buying a house rehabilitation, but do not know if is possible to obtain a loan rehabilitation as the first time a buyer. I have perfect credit, and I am for the first time buyer loan prequailified a reg, but I want to rehab. helpppp Please! Thanks!
