Im a convicted felon for drugs, I my time and complete rehabilitation in 1991 and have been clean ever since. I've been on SSI since 95, he underwent neck surgery in 99 and havent worked since 95. Im desperate to return to work but I can not get anyone to give me a chance because I have no work record in 10 years because I have a record. Is there any Help is available for placement of a person like me?
