This issue has been raging in my mind Ok hypothetically say I'm addicted to smoking marijuana I say choose to go to rehab, because it is illegal in the U.S. I was thrown in jail or make me pay a fine because it violated the law Another situation if they catch me smoking a joint of CP I go to jail or go to rehab or going to rehab and fined rehabilitation also costs money and what would happen if I'm in rehab This is all hypothetically do not have to wait any illegal substances you are trying to say that I smoke? you still are not responding to my question … and you are assuming i take illegal substances, I do not
I will answer your question. In fact, I've been in that situation, and worse. and worst drugs that single boat. If you are admitted to rehabilitation. (That does cost money, and lots of it) you will have no charges against you by law. If you are caught by police or delivered, the more likely to be fined, and keep your will be confiscated.
