the effectiveness and relevance more to get treatment for my mental problems. Going to the hospital or go to a doctor. Ten I note that majorly receded last night and seven tylenols four caffeine pills, I declare and drank some alcohol. I've never been diagnosed and do not take medication, but clearly there are issues and I can not control it more.
You really need to go to a hospital immediately. You may feel stupid do it, but it actually can help both ways. You need to get through this and back in control, then you can start thinking about the long term. You will need start by going to your usual doctor and he or she may refer you to the appropriate people. Be able to provide medication and advice lines phone, etc as well. The drug will suck at first, but worth it. Good luck xxx
