Graves Disease – Causes, Symptoms and Treatment Methods

How serious is to eat cake every day for you?
I was recently diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and while I'm waiting for my treatment, I can eat whatever I want and I do not get fat because my metabolism is crazy fast. for the last 2 weeks I was delivering my sugar cravings and eat cake vanilla every day. I know it's bad, but it's like a drug. Ho worse for me every day to eat the cake, in addition to diabetes?
I tried to limit the cake once or twice a week. I am sure they can obtain their food, but do not deprive yourself of other foods and nutrients.
