Drug Rehabilitation Services
When you have a child with special needs, point do you sacrifice family time for rehabilitation services?

We adopted two children out of a drug house. It was a bad situation. We just had some tests run on the older one, who took most of the abuse. Now the psychologist wants us to add a whole new battery of services to his weekly schedule.

Sounds like you need to work with a social worker. Social workers are people who work in human service agencies. They typically coordinate services and know a lot about resources you will need to help your adopted children or material children.

Call or Look up United Way offices in your area. There should be at least one or two agencies in area that help children, youths, and young adults with your concerns.
