Stolen drug money, what kind of charges they face?
We live in Utah and my brother (20) is heroin and other drugs. He was caught stealing out of someones car and followed him home he called the police but when police arrived he was gone. We are trying to get him to turn car police but not sure whats going to happen to him and I think if you know in advance then it is much more to listen and be delivered inch refused rehabilitation in the past and has an outstanding warrant for his arrest (one count of theft is different). If someone could let me know what might happen to him that would be great. Thank you.
His position would theft for breaking into a car. First degree which is a misdemeanor and parole can not go to jail (That's if they have background) Have a record that could face up to a year and a violation if the problem. or parole.
