Is it illegal MDPV in the U.S.?
Recently my brother-in-law has gone a bit crazy because of this drug. It has become delusional and credits are trying to kill and hurt. We took him to the center of conduct but could not hold because there was a threat to himself. But the other day called police and poured kerosene around his house and confessed to using this drug. I learned that this drug is easily obtained via the Internet and trying to spread knowledge. He is currently in rehab and has lost his share of a business partly owned until he recovers.
MDPV is not specifically listed as an illegal drug in any country, but makes its structural similarity with illegal drugs is likely to be considered a controlled substance analogue in various countries like USA, Australia and New Zealand.
