rehabilitation center for patients in San Diego CA for teenagers?

I really need help for my boyfriend, he is 17 years age you have to be a rehabilitation center for teens!. have drug addiction problems, suffers from depression, low self-esteem and care does nothing more. please help me! I've looked on google for a rehabilitation center. living in and I can not seem to find one. does anyone know of something? please!
