In the state of Oregon, what is the jail time for a repeat drug user charged with child endangerment?
The guy is a repeat drug user, has been to court ordered rehab and when probation is over, returns to the drugs. He had a needle in his pocket and it poked his son. The guy was charged with child endangerment. What might his sentence be? There were 2 and sometimes 3 children around this guy and at his home. there were needles at the house but they were not found until after he was told to leave.
Um excuse me where were social services and if you know don’t give the excuse they did not know.
