I have a question about drug possession?
My brother is 16 and smokes weed, I've told him not to bring any of that in my house because the neighborhood I live in is always controlled by police and I am worried they might try to come and search my house.If are happening and weed in my house what are the consequences? I know it depends on the city in which we live. I live in Los Angeles … I do not know what else to do I always say it's bad for him and even sent him to rehab .. stopped using it for a couple of months and the day he graduated from his rehab the same day, same place for smoking and I do not think I'm fine with him smoking! Thanks!
We should say that is yours and you knew nothnig regard. What is difficult for them believe. But if we admit that he is, and says it is completely up to you, then you might be right. But I'm afraid to take the chance, since it is their property.
