Emotional/mental Rehab Centers?
I was looking to get some information about rehabilitation centres for emotional problems.. when I google, I get everything to do with drug and alcohol, that is not the case what so ever. I’m focused more on depression, anxiety, and just over all emotional/mental problems(I’m not suicidal) Do these facilities exist? Are they a separate facility from drug and alcohol facilities? What are they called? I’m in Canada, so rehab centres are alot fewer around here from my knowledge. Just any info you have helps
