California baby born to mother using marijuana, hash, and hash oil. Father needs help. Help please?
A friend of my husbands ex-girlfriend just had their baby daughter last week, they also have a 7 year old together. The mother used marijuana, hash oil, and hash the whole entire pregnancy all the way up until she gave birth. She didn’t get in any trouble, and she doesn’t have a medical marijuana recommendation (rx). The mother and father broke up when she was only a few months pregnant, and the mom is not letting the father see the baby. The father just found out about her drug use when he went to the hospital to see the baby. Is there anything that can be done about this? Shouldn’t she be in some trouble, or forced into drug rehab or counseling? The father is worried about his children, she wont let him see them now that he knows. What can he do?
he can call child protective services and they will make her pass a drug test, if she fails she will be in trouble, also for visitation if he wants to see his child all he has to do is call the attorney general and ask for his rights and she will have to go to court, they will think very highly of him for asking… most dads run the other way. it really is not hard for fathers to get their rights AT ALL, I REALLY MEAN AT ALL. all he has to do is ask for visitation rights, and about about the drug use cps will make sure she can pass a drug test.
