How can I find a job in group home or womens homeless shelter in atlanta?
I just realized what my sociology degree was good for. I want to work with people (in need). Does anyone know how I can get a job at a homeless shelter, drug rehab, or group home here in Metro Atlanta? I have tried opportunityknocks,org I have also tried the jobsite. and all the other job wesbites. Bottom lines does anyone work at any of these places where you can suggests for me?

A lot of these come by networking so get in touch with the Atlanta Homeless task force and also go to www.ndvh.org and find the domestic violence shelter nearest you and start to become known as an activist and volunteer.
