Drug And Alcohol Rehabs
Does anyone know of any rehabs or sanctuarys for general well being. ?
I’m a little lost in the world and just want to go somewhere quite to reflect.
Currently I’m a really unhappy person who has never really coped with things that have happened and I now feel that its make or break time for me and my future.
I’ve never had a stable home and struggle with day to day neccesitys.
I want to find a rehab / sanctuary where I can go and find myself. Put some of my demons to bed and learn to live support myself.
Does anyone know of anywhere all I can find is Drug and alcohol places and I dont have any issues with them.
I have issues with me, food and family. I know im the only person who can make this better so I’m going to.
Any help would be appreciated

when i suffered from severe depression a little while back i was told i may need to be put into a mental hospital.. now i was looking up about them and came across this place where your welcome to stay for a few days.. its not a mental hospital but more like a place to rest and get your head together.. no phychiatrists or anything.. just a little home someone set up.. u have yr own room.. its just like a hotel but full of support.. i cant remember what its called sadly but if you research along those lines you may find what your after ..
Also try local counselling services. They may be of some help if you also feel like talking to someone =)
