nonprofit idea …?
I have an idea about how to start a nonprofit to help parents overcome drug / alcohol / the gambling addictions understand the importance of their role is in the child's life. Help guide them in building a stronger relationship with your child / children. I would also offer counseling services (individual and grouped) that focus on overcoming the fear of rejection, which is probably why Most parents do not take that step closer to their children. Along with that I also had an idea that this could be an organization that is connected to the system judicial or rehabilitation of facilities, as well, working in a similar way to how to conduct the classes are offered as an option after a ticket. My idea is something that I think would benefit my community but I would like an outside opinion as well. Could I see this as something positive, necessary and feasible?
Positive? Yes you need? ABSOLUTELY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! feasible? Hmmm …. it's a good question. I have a friend who talked about the desire to open a residence for homeless women, take them out of the street and the alcohol. Help with mental illness (taking them to appointments). There was a house like this, but the beautiful woman died in an automobile accident last year. His son sold the house, and now can not be used for this purpose more. There was a woman who dedicated her life to a group people that nobody else wanted to help. Oh, yes, his house had to be verified by DCF, and she had to take all appropriate licenses, etc — Basically, she gave back to the community, which once had given her. What you are describing may need a strong connection with other such facilities. Whether housing or placement services for families, if offers advisory services in the center of the cutting process, then you might find the advice ever given by the courts.
