I am in the United States, would like to live in a community that is populated with, and governed by, black people. I would like this community to have higher than average property values, lower than average violent and property crime statistics, and little or no drug abuse.
As far as I can tell…I just gotta go where the white folks are and hope they don’t move out when I get there.
