How expensive is divorce with no kids?
My husband and I have been married for 4 years. He turned into an addict/alcoholic and I have been by his side, however, now he has no intentions on rehabilitation. Every time he gets paid he spends every cent on Drugs And Alcohol… i need to know how much i need to get divorced
regardless if it contested or not, every state has the option of a ‘popper’s divorce’ ~ which means you can apply for free divorce papers & they waive the fees. if you don’t want to apply for that, they fees will vary per state. if you can agree to property division or if there isn’t anything to divide, it should run anywhere between 50.00 – 400.00
