I was in the treatment of alcohol, I signed a disclosure probation officer and the municipal court?
This information came another non-city employees from yhe court. This then turn back to my employer, colleagues, my contacts and family bussness. This court is in Ohio, is my understanding that most court records are public, an exception is medical records. I also think that this information should be protected by federal HIPPA laws. Do I have any recourse against the courts for this?
