What are the chances that my probation was transferred to New York from PA?
I was arrested for DUI in Pennsylvania, drinking minors, and possession of a small amount of marijuana last October. I was put on probation in April. I live in New York and my agent told me probation since he was in treatment (drugs and alcohol was one of my requirements to return to school), not to worry about parole until he returned to the school (in Pennsylvania). Well, I finished my board here in New York and have about a month and a half until you return to school and within the jurisdiction of my office probation, which means I'm not getting the drug to be tested again or transferred over. Is there a good possibility that transferred jurisdiction to New York despite such a short time until I'm back in Pennsylvania?
Depends on the county. Major cities get rid of you, your not worth it, but a city Hick County will keep, and charge you as much as possible. Remember the last month of the trial period is when they like to crack down more.
