Alcohol Treatment Naltrexone

From my experience as a counselor for 40 years, I found love and addiction approval addiction are far more frequent any other substance addiction or process. We live in a society addicted to love, approval-dependent.

What it means to be love or approval of the drug addict? Then is a checklist for you to see if you're addicted to love and / or approval. Considering one of these may indicate the love and approval addiction.

I think:

* My happiness and well-being depend on making love to another person.

* My fitness, ability to love, and feelings of esteem and self-esteem comes from others like me and adoption.

* Other disapproval or rejection means that I'm not good enough.

* I can not make me happy.

* I can not make me as happy as anyone else can.

* My best feelings come from outside me, on how other people or a particular person sees me and treats me.

* Other are responsible for feelings. Therefore, if anyone cares about me, he or she will never do anything that hurts or bothers me.

* I can not be alone. I want to die if I am alone.

* When I'm hurt or angry, it is the fault of another person.

* Depends on others for that I'm comfortable in my skin for my adoption.

* I am responsible for my feelings. Other people make me feel happy, sad, angry, frustrated, nearby, or depressed. When I am angry, someone makes me feel that way and it is responsible to set my feelings.

* I am responsible for my behavior. Other people are screaming, crazy, sick, laugh, cry, become violent, leave, or otherwise.

* Others are selfish, if they do what they want instead of what they want or need.

* If I'm connected to someone, I'll die.

* I can not manage my pain, especially pain of disapproval, rejection, abandonment, the pain of being out – the pain of isolation and loneliness.

Of life such as love or approval addict is a very difficult life. You should always make sure that the right thing to do and seems good to get the necessary love and approval. His feelings are on a roller coaster – to feel the wonderful feelings that come to get your love or approval of "fix" feel the despair comes when his "offer" – the source of love and approval – fate, gets angry or judgmental, or leaves.

The underlying cause of LOVE AND DRUG APPROVAL

The love and approval addiction is based on abandonment. Imagine the sense that the framework as a child – Your inner child. When you're addicted to love or approval, have given to your inner child for adoption. Instead of learning to assume responsibility for their own happiness for the love and approval of yourself, have given their son were seized other for love and approval – to make others responsible for their feelings. The interior still file a deep pain low self-esteem, which makes them dependent on others for their sense of value.

The sad thing is that love is the thing most abundant in the universe. We live in a sea of love – is always in us and around us. It is our Source. When you learn to open to the Spirit / God / Source, which are filled love, peace and joy. The empty place inside that wants to perform is so full of love that overflows to others. You are the desire to give love instead of always trying to get it.

As long as the others, your source, you can not find love, peace and joy you seek. By learning and practice, the internal process of association that we teach, you can learn to fill you with love and healing your love and approval addiction.

Is there a pill that makes you vomit if you drink alcohol?

I'm doing a paper on the treatment of alcoholism, and I had heard There was once a type of vitamin you can think of is that you vomit if you drink alcohol. I do not remember the name of the pill, but if I could give no reference to that would be great. And I know there is naltrexone, or if I missed some information.

You ask disulfiram or "Antabuse." This is not a vitamin. It is designed to help alcoholics drink to associate negative events so they lose their desire to stop drinking over time. Naltrexone can also be used in the treatment of alcoholism, but no vomiting. It removes the pleasure centers of the brain that are affected by alcohol and to Nice.
