My son aged 20 was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol in Illinois.?
He went to court where it is recommended alcohol assessment. He was evaluated and planned to begin a treatment program at an addiction. Meanwhile his drivers lic. was suspended. Since this was around the holidays with my husband and I were unable to take time off to take the once weekly sessions of 30 miles of our house. The judge said in his first appearance that it had to solve or issued an arrest warrant. His court date is two weeks away and is struggling to get into a program. Is it possible that will serve the jail time? and, if so How much can you give? Thanks
