Why Canoe couple to go to jail for violent crimes first, no?
nonviolent offenders shouldn't go to jail only after other options (fine, community service, weekend jail, rehabilitation order (if the work of his sentences for Drugs And Alcohol) or suspended or postponed No? Are not they locked up for the same crime again? Is it to set an example for people who want to commit a similar crime? I ask because even though they cheated their children, no violence, but many repeat violent offenders are escaping from prison (I mean to escape going to prison!) What if someone steals all his belongings when you're not at home. No violence – just theft. It would be nice to slap on the wrist of the person and give them a suspended sentence? They lied and stole money by deception. The costs of these things are paid for all of us in higher insurance premiums and if there is no punishment, everybody would. Even did to his own family. That is sick enough for a life sentence in my opinion. The fact that the courts are letting people left right and center today does not make this right. This means that the whole system is a disaster – from top to bottom.
