Alcohol Rehabilitation California
Last date of court for DUI; how I can legally miss?

I moved to California from another state. I never intended to be in California for more than a year or two at most. I was arrested for DUI in 10 months of my stay. This is my first DUI offense. I refused chemical testing I got my license suspended for one year. I have to: 1. Pay a $ 3,064 fine. 2. No nine-month alcohol rehabilitation classes. 3. Go to 19 AA meetings. 4. Five Caltrans days (collecting trash on the side of the road). 5. The license is suspended until December of this year. I have to do all this (I'm halfway during most of it) in late November early December my final court date as February 14, 2009. I'll finish it all right there before. I do not want to be in Cali over and do not want to sit around waiting for a final hearing date. "I can call someone, clerk or any person and let them know that I am moving and can not be there? This process has taken 16 months to the time it is made. too long for first time offenders Way.

if you just bounce out of state to be fresh. but I do not recommend that.
