Halfway House Question?
My father is getting released after serving a sentence of five years for a financial crime. It was around 4 years (reduced sentence because he made a drug rehabilitation and alcohol program in prison.) He is entering a halfway house the end of March, and I wonder how the whole thing works. How long does it have to stay in the halfway house, what will your restrictions, etc? He will enter a halfway house in Virginia. I appreciate any information any of you might have, thanks in advance:)
