Anyone familiar with Pennsylvania law to expunge a felony conviction?
In 2006 he pleaded guilty to two charges in a hearing in court. First it was fake and the second was to obtain a controlled substance by misrepresentation. Basically, I built a 120 # pills rx oxycodone for pain and wrote the recipe in my girlfriends name. The pharmacy filled the rx, but asked the doctor after checking and obviously he said no, I I did not write that. Before the court i received a recommendation from the York County Drug and alcohol counselor is recommended not to be imprisoned but completes a rehabilitation center hospital 30 days. The judge agreed, gave me three years of probation, who transferred to Maryland because I was a resident MD PA just visiting. I have less one month left on probation. I have not violated probation, or been in any trouble since then. Is there any chance of getting this removed the time? Please reply if you know the laws of the Palestinian Authority? thanks
