Alcohol rehabilitation centers in North Carolina, I need help for my dad. PLEASE!?

my dad is 46 years old and has been very severe alcohol from their 20's. it runs in your family. which has become so weak that looks terrible. baby on a package of 12 beer a day more or less depending of his time. my mother left him a few years ago because he chose the alcohol over it and me and my brother. im supposed to go see him during the weekends but I feel like I go there to see it slowly suicide. I have 17 and a senior in high school. I send him to a rehabilitation center. I have a job and am looking for another job. I know I'm young, but I feel like I have to do this to save it. I know very good rehabilitation centers in the area of cheap North Carolina. I know usual be cheap, but I try to give everything to help him because he is sick. so if someone could help me I would greatly appericate. Thank you.
