Will I go to jail?
I was on my way to rehab for alcohol. I got into an argument with a TSA agent at the airport. The police tried to arrest me. I resisted. I spent the night in jail and was released the next AM with a subpoena. I went straight to the Compleat rehabilitation program. I am meeting with my lawyer prosicuter and in a morning conference two charges at rest of arrest and disorderly conduct. I have no background criminal. I had a probation 22 years ago. The incident occurred in Newark, NJ airport. Will I go to jail?
