We live in Florida and my husband went to rehab for Alcohol Abuse in October 2010. He was back at work since 11-15-10. They tried the drug 5 times and he has not returned 90 days. Is this harassment? I could understand maybe once a month, but it seems to be harassing me. He worked for this company for 3 years before rehabilitation drug test once and that was the pre-employment test. He had not for alcohol and drug abuse left on their own, the company had no idea I had a problem before it no one told them he was going and why.
