I understood Partha20 your question correctly. For me, you seem to be saying that the liver is a detoxifying agent and people do not need detoxicants other under normal conditions. And yes, you reason. The liver is designed to dispose of most of the metabolic poisons such as alcohol, but of course you can become overwhelmed if the poison is administered in very large quantities. The liver is efficient, but it may face serious abuses.
