Alcohol Addiction Clinics

What I can have in Rehabilitation?
I go to a rehab clinic in two days and they told me to bring toiletries and clothing. I saw my calendar for the week and its very intense, but closed at 10 pm and I'm not a very good dream and wanted to take my portable DVD player and Nintendo DS, but not sure if I can. Also, can I have my mobile phone? I know I will not be able to stay in it all the time otherwise not be able to focus in recovery, but I will be able to leave it in my room and use it at night? I do not detox at all and I will in addiction to alcohol if that solves. I been in hospital for two weeks due to my drinking I have not had a drink for 20 days now for detoxification was not required. Thanks for the answers x
different Rehabilitation Clinics have different rules, most clinics will not allow DVD players, etc (at least not at the beginning of your stay – for exactly the reason you put it – so focus on his recovery), but most have TV and aid on hand to help to address their sleep problems. It is worth calling the clinic and ask will have a list of things you should bring and a list of things that are not allowed. Whether you can take your DS or not, talk with staff about their anxieties – I'm sure it will be able to help.
